Trek Description
The Annapurna Base Camp Trek is a popular trek that draws adventurers from all over the world. Nested at 4,130 meters, the ABC is the entry point to the majestic Mount Annapurna (8,091 m), the world's tenth highest summit. Surrounded by beautiful peaks like Machapuchhre (6,993 m), Hiunchuli (6,441 m), Annapurna South (7,219 m), and Annapurna I (8,091 m), trekkers are captivated by the ABC Trek's promise of an amazing experience as they set out on this well-known Himalayan journey.
Annapurna Sanctuary has breathtaking and distinctive landscapes. This journey is considered a unique excursion due to its diversified ecology and altitude variation. But there's more to the Annapurna Base Camp Trek than just sightseeing. You will have the chance to fully experience the cultures of the ethnic Gurungs, Magars, Thakalis, and Lobas along the way.

Drive to ghandruk
After an early morning breakfast, we take tourist bus to Pokhara (6-7 hours). Evening walk around Fewa lake & night stay at Pokhara.
Second day we drive (2-3 hours) to Ghandruk (1990m), a traditional Gurung village and have our lunch. We explore the Gurung culture, museum and village.
Trek to Annapurna Base Camp
After an early morning breakfast we begin our trek to Chhomrong(2210m) from Ghandruk. We trek around 5-6 hours today and night stay at beautiful Chhomrong village.
On our fourth day of trek, we will trek from Chhomrong to Bamboo (4-5 hours) & night stay at Bamboo (2310m).
Next day we trek to Deurali (3140m) from Bamboo (3-4 hours), the following day we ascend to Annapurna base camp via Machhapuchre base camp (5-6 hours).
Descend & drive
After early morning breathtaking view and some memorable videos and photos at Annapurna base camp we descend to Bamboo, walking about 6-7 hours.
Next day we continue to descend to Jhinu Danda walking about 5-6 hours and enjoy the natural hot spring at Jhinu Danda. And the following day take a drive to Pokhara from Jhinu (2-3 hours).
On the tenth day we finally drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara.
